We're hitting the ground - dancing, acting and singing!

Welcome back to our new term. We hope you've had a wonderful break and are rested and ready to go!

There are lots of things to be excited about coming up…

For our Performing Arts Course students we have a fabulous commercial class given by our very own Oli Metzler (pictured) who will be returning to us on 15th October. Since leaving us in 2011 as Student of the Year, Oli went on to train at Performers College in Essex. Since graduating he has performed with Kylie Minogue, the Pet Shop Boys and has been in shows such as Singing in the Rain and Wicked in the West End – to name but a few. If you are considering the Performing Arts Course please come and see us at the front desk or call the office. The course is great value for money with a significantly discounted class rate and students are able to experience top-notch, industry-standard classes such as the one Oli will be giving this term.

Also new this term is the introduction of the Conti Acting Festival. This is for enrolled Conti Students who take Acting and LAMDA classes with us. The information can be downloaded from the front page. This is a great opportunity for our drama students to unleash their imagination and creativity and we are excited to see what they produce.

From an administrative point of view, we are getting ready to changeover to a new system which will enable our invoicing and communications to be much more efficient. We haven't switched over yet so you won't see any difference – but when we do, watch this space! Of course this will only happen if the information we have on record is up-to-date. We would very much appreciate your help with this matter, let us know of any changes as soon as possible.

There are also lots of changes to the timetable this term – please check your invoice for the changes. An up-to-date version of the timetable can be downloaded from the information section of the website. We also have a new mobile telephone number where you can reach us on a Saturday – 07943 759442.
